This is the easiest recipe I've found for making Pozole. Your kitchen never smelled so good! Excellent on cool or cold day. We garnish it with cilantro and sliced radishes and serve with a side of Mexican rice and tortillas. 

Pork and Hominy Stew

An authentic Mexican stew made with red chili pods, pork roast, pork rinds, and pigs' feet (use pork shanks instead of pigs' feet if you are squeamish). You can also substitute hominy for the posole if it is not available in your grocery store.
