This was great. I goofed and diced the potatoes pretty small so they ended up getting done much faster (which may be a good thing - it cut the cooking time by about 15 minutes), but the next time I'll try to get them closer to the picture. And there WILL be a next time!

These were delicious! I cut my potatoes into much smaller chunks so I only had to leave them in the over for about 20-25 minutes. These taste great and were so simple, I will definitely make them again.

This was VERY good and quite easy to make. I did partially cook the sweet potato chunks in the microwave before tossing them with the oil and onion soup (to save time.) Will make this one again!

I've always said I did not like sweet potatoes (probably because I had only tried them 'candied' in the past). This recipe has totally changed my mind - prepared like this they're great. Thanks for a great recipe!

DELISH. For caramelization, add 2 T lightly packed brown sugar. I used olive oil, 1/2 onion soup packet and cooked for 40 minutes. Don't stir.

I used a Savory Herb and Garlic Lipton packet, I thought these were outstanding! Yummy! Will make these often!

This was my firt time trying to cook sweet potatoes b/c I didn't like them as a kid. These are great but a little salty. Next time I'll reduce the onion soup mix a little.

I've done this same recipe using red potatoes, the soup mix gives it an awesome flavor. Good recipe. I may try the boxed vegetable soup mix and oil on cut up russet potatoes now too. Endless.

Rave reviews from everyone that tried them at a church potluck. Even southern folks thought I did good for a northern gal.

A very good recipe. Forty minutes was too long in my oven. My wife and I enjoyed it though.
