About me:
My mother taught me to cook when I was very young. I would have to stand on a kitchen chair at the stove so that I could stir the pots. I have always loved to cook. I prefer to cook for more than 2 people. I love our family get togethers. My family has me doing all of the cooking for them.

Malibu™-Bailey's Colada

Reviewed on Jul. 29, 2008 by judymurphy56
Good, but not sure that I like the Irish cream in this drink. I added more pineapple juice and cream of coconut to my glass to cut the taste of the Irish cream . . . and I like Irish cream, but not in a pina colada! I also think this should be mixed altogether in the blender so that it's all cold and the crushed ice melts more than it does with just half a cup of the mix. Not sure that this is my ultimate pina colada recipe.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese III

Reviewed on Jul. 26, 2008 by AnnH
Very dry, although flavor good, no one liked it. Had read the reviews & doubled the milk, sour cream & parmesan. More than doubled cheddar and added 1 1/2c Velveeta.I took this to a cookout & it sat for about 1 hour before we ate so maybe that was problem but kept it warm with towels not in oven.

Spinach Mozzarella Meatloaf

Reviewed on Jul. 24, 2008 by Rachel
Really good! I used ground turkey instead of beef, and added chopped up artichoke hearts! Mmmm. I'm actually excited for my leftovers!
