Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade

Reviewed on Jul. 15, 2008 by jessica
This was good! It was very salty though, so next time I will use low sodium soy sauce...it's a must. I had to add extra sugar to try to offset the salty taste. Great recipe though! Use fresh ingredients! I served it with chicken and brocolli over rice.

Thai Curry Tofu

Reviewed on Jul. 2, 2008 by Laurenski
This had a good flavor, but I couldn't get the tofu cooked properly. Frying it didn't work for me...part of it flaked off & burnt on the bottom. I will definately make the sauce again...maybe with veggies or chicken.
