Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed on Aug. 14, 2008 by JJnicespice
Always turns out great. The last time I made the recipe, was mixing up cake batter in a separate bowl while allowing the yeast to proof. I accidentally dropped one egg white into the yeast mixture instead of the cake mix bowl. Turned out to be the best dough batch to date.

Zucchini Souffle

Reviewed on Aug. 5, 2008 by Lillian
Amazingly good! Reading the other reviews, blandness seemed to be a problem, so instead of just adding the onion and zucchini raw ,I sauteed it with garlic. I also added 8 oz. of shredded sharp cheddar cheese to the egg mixture. This tasted perfect. Not bland at all! I will definitely be making this quite often.

Marshmallow Treats

Reviewed on Aug. 4, 2008 by Lillian
These are much better than store bought! This is only my second time making rice crispy treats and I followed the advice of a member named Katelyn. Adding the 2 1/2 teaspoons of milk when the marshmellows are almost melted, really does make them creamy. I think I will do that from now on!
