Sugared Rhubarb Muffins

Reviewed on Aug. 28, 2008 by Mary
These muffins were very good. I made a double batch and made large muffins. They were very good but quite white and insipid looking. I have made them again and twisted the recipe a bit and like the looks of them much more. Thanks for the delicious recipe.

Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

Reviewed on Jun. 28, 2008 by Lindy
This was my first try at hummus and it didn't turn out too great. It either had too much garlic (I used what the recipe stated) or my garlic was bad? The consistency was too thick and the taste just wasn't very good. I'm not sure I'll make this again.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed on Jun. 28, 2008 by Lindy
This was my first ever attempt at banana bread and it turned out great! Like some other reviewers I made jumbo muffins, added cinnamon (1 tsp - could've used more) and a splash of almond extract (I didn't have vanilla on hand but I will use vanilla next time). My husband who has won blue ribbons at some county fairs for his banana bread thought mine was pretty good. I liked how easy it was and that the ingredients were simple.
