Special Deviled Eggs

Reviewed on Aug. 2, 2008 by Sarah D.
Followed recipe except no onion. Made for 20 eggs. They were gobbled up quickly! No leftovers. Pretty good; will use less relish next time. I put all of the mix into a large plastic zip lock bag, cut one little corner off, and squeezed the mix into each egg white ~ so easy this way!

Pizza Casserole

Reviewed on Jul. 8, 2008 by Sarah D.
I used rigatoni and ground venison instead of egg noodles & beef. Turned out great! I added sliced black olives and a little more sauce & green pepper than called for. Will be making again! Great thing about it is you can add anything you want. Next time: sliced mushrooms & green olives.

Kathy's Roast and Vegetables

Reviewed on Jul. 4, 2008 by Sarah D.
Very good. Didn't brown the meat first; just threw everything in. Used bone-in venison roast. Delicious! Added pearl onions. Served with wide egg noodles.
