Butter Frosting

Reviewed on Aug. 15, 2008 by Amystar79
Great frosting. i used it on top of chocolate cupcakes and it was fantastic. I tinted all different colours and it mixed really well. It was a bit too stiff to work with so i put it in the microwave for 15 seconds and it was slightly more creamy. It holds its shape really well. So tasty!

Russian Tea Cakes I

Reviewed on Aug. 15, 2008 by Amystar79
These are always a crowd pleaser. They go perfectly well with a nice cup of tea. I had to be careful with the cooking time. Its usually done in ten minutes, otherwise the bottom of the cakes get too brown in comparison to the rest of it. I let it sit for an hour to cool and then roll it in sugar.

Lasagna Spinach Roll-Ups

Reviewed on Aug. 9, 2008 by PRINCESS ANTZ
This was OK. It was time consuming to make and not as good as a regular Lasagna. Nice to try but not one for us.
